Kelly Barlow

Kelly Barlow is the founder of Ajax Holdings and a former Partner at ValueAct Capital, where he focused on sourcing and managing concentrated public equity investments with an emphasis on long-term ownership, governance, and thoughtful capital allocation over a nearly 20-year career with the firm.

During his tenure at ValueAct, Kelly served on the boards of numerous public and private companies, including Adobe Systems, Alliance Data Systems, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, and KAR Auction Services.

Kelly currently serves as Board Chair of California Trout and is a member of the Public Policy Institute of California's Water Policy Center Advisory Council.
